Remove the Registration Requirement to Use Mods in Game

I would like to be able to use the in game mod tool, but I really don't feel like giving a third party access to my user data. The Mod.io website allows for downloading mods without an account and I can manually install mods that way. But it would be nice to not have to use that workaround. If you could try to convince the Mod.io devs to make that option available in the api, I would be eternally grateful.
