QoL: Skip empty slots in hotbar
When cycling through items in your hotbar, skip the empty slots.
Example:
Lets say we have a hotbar with 2 items like this
⛏️|❌|❌|❌|❌|🗡️|❌|❌|❌|❌
It would be nice to only press the "go to next item in hotbar button" once to get from ⛏️ to 🗡️.

TobyNeat idea! But what if:
- You want unequip your weapon/tool, and don't want to hold anything.
- You only have 1 sword in your hotbar, you can't break walls/buildings. -

1. If no items are in the hotbar the last selected slot will be selected and you can't change it to another empty slot. This is how Coral Island implemented it.
2. Hmm yes at first I thought this is a separate issue but it becomes more prevalent when this feature gets implemented. When the core asks the player to touch the first wall they also need their hands out AKA be on an empty tile in the hotbar. Unfortunately I have not an answer to this right away :)
