Void bosses

Part of what makes a game great is replayability and end-game content; I believe that both these features could be met by giving the player the possibility, after beating the core Commander or the passage boss, to craft a "corrupted" or "void" spawn Idol for each boss, spawning a stronger version of it, with new mechanics and aesthetic, which will grant unique loot; this may lead to longer runs and overall improvement in the longevity of this Splendid game; what do you think?
