Counters for Total Boss Defeats

Hello. I think it would be good to have a tracker/counter for total number of times you have defeated each boss. Just for your own personal knowledge.

- Potentially this could get added to the 'Souls' tab of the character screen. Holding the mouse over the soul you gained from that boss could display a counter showing the number of boss defeats.
- If not there then maybe tracked on the summoning idols?
- In multiplayer, a boss defeat could count for any boss you have contributed damage to that has been defeated.

I've lost track of the number of times I have farmed the Hydras and other bosses, so would be good to have some way of seeing this.
