Legendary Weapon Concept: The Hunter

The Hunter is a slow but powerful bolt-action sniper rifle. Its active ability is called "Spotter".

Spotter
- Holding right click roots you in place, increasing your damage and crit chance the longer you hold it, while marking the target you're aiming at.
- The "Spotter" buff caps out at 100% crit chance, 250% damage when holding rightclick for 3s.
- The "Mark" is a debuff that gives the target +25% incoming damage, and only stays on the target while holding rightclick.
- You can't benefit from the Mark yourself while shooting from the Hunter since the Mark disappears the moment you stop holding rightclick. The only benefits YOU get is from the Spotter buff.
- What DOES benefit from the "Mark" is other entities attacking the target, such as your summons, pets, or even other players.

Thus, The Hunter is sort of a hybrid weapon that benefits support players, pet masters, summoners, and those who like to use all those perks that give you bonuses while not moving.
