easier way to find first boss for newbies

im a beginner and im having trouble finding the first boss could we get some sort of guidance in game for those of us struggling to find the glurch boss? maybe some sort of map pointer if the player is taking to long finding the boss because i spent six hours trying to look for the glurch and i wasnt able to find them until i made a new casual world!
