Paintable Wood/Stone Building Tiles (Walls, Floors, Bridges, etc)

The basic Wood and Stone building tiles should be paintable, as it'd allow more basic customization for building. This would make it easier to get into the building side of this game, giving us colorful options for brick and plank texture tiles.
