Functional Pouches

New pouches that instead of increasing inventory space, give the player other functionality within their inventory:
- Workbench Pouch (+1 slot per workbench type)
- Anvil Pouch (+1 slot per anvil type)
- Smelter Pouch (+1 slot per smelter type)
- Advanced Crafting Pouch (+10 slots; Accepts any non-workbench crafting stations)
- Salvage & Repair Pouch (+8 slots; Priority for gear pickups, other 2 slots are buttons for salvage/repair)
Alternative ideas:
- Processing Pouch (Same as smelter pouch, but also Egg Incubator, Table Saw, and Little Helperling)
- Salvage & Repair Pouch(+6 slots for parity with the block version, but includes a slot for scrap parts)

Crafting pouches would have a button to bring up the bench UI, with arrows to cycle.

Would be great to have some of these. It's common to carry stations while exploring or building, and having their functionality without placing the bench would be very handy. Giving up inventory space from another pouch seems like a fair tradeoff.
