Increase item slots on bags through the upgrade bench when upgraded.

Bags like the scarlet bag lose value simply because it has less slots than the other end game bags, but the defensive value of it is only present on the scarlet bag itself. With how this game lets you upgrade anything to stay relevant, I feel like this should be applied to bag slots as well so I can use the scarlet bag defensively and have max inv slots. This goes for older bags like the caveling pouch as well.
