Cavelings siege player spawns

Like being ambushed by cavelings normally, but more intensive, persistent, and with a specific goal: Breaking spawns. Special "engineer" cavelings can be spawned to create temporary bridge tiles to span gaps, plant high explosives to breach reinforced walls, or plant solid structures to add cover against defenses or counters.
