Railway Forge Update

The Railway Forge has so few recipes, and while thinking about how much I like the concept of the Rail System within this game I had a few possible suggestions for things that could be added.
My initial thought was that we could add a Minecart w/ Chest that can have items loaded by robot arms while stationary along with two new rail types, a Detector Rail that would send a signal when a Minecart is on it, and a Deployer Rail that can send a Minecart out with a signal.
