Pause waypoint / portal timers when game is paused in creative mode.

It would be helpful if when you paused the world in creative mode, this also paused waypoint / portal timers, preventing them from being activated while the world is paused. Or let the time run down, but prevent them from activating until the world is resumed.

misprinted_zedruuplacing them last is fine for small builds. Im working on a large world / puzzle challenge I intend to release as a world mod in survival. Placing the portals last (some of which are only aesthetic and not accessible to the player) is actually kinda a pain.
