Pet Merchant NPC designed for players to optimize their pets for endgame. Offers 3 new items: Pet Breeding Pen, Strange Dice Candy, and Pet Shampoo.
Pet Breeding Pen allows players to breed two of the same kind of pet to get more eggs.
Strange Dice candy allows players to reroll Pet Talents.
Pet Shampoo allows players to randomly change Pet's color variation.

TheUnk0wnDeadThis would be a great alternative to another suggestion about a pet sanctuary to combat the RNG reliance of pets (the latter adds a purpose for otherwise useless pets accumulating in chests, though in the first place that mainly happens due to the RNG aspects).

EonweI don't know about the shampoo, it would completely trivialize the existence of one of the achievements but I like the pet breeding idea and dice candy. I have been trying to get a better speed focused bird pet and getting it's eggs is annoying.
