add the ability to add/remove the crosschair for range weapons

On parameters, i could be great to add the possibility to manage the crosschair for range weapon as it's not so difficult to aim on the game and some of the weapons have "auto-aim" like stormbringer. Option may be great on every platform (switch, ps5, pc...)
