Make echo maps more common

It's nice of you to take the first step towards diminishing the amount of scene-searching torture, but not only do many echo-maps seem to lead to just normal scenes (that I already unlocked), they feel exceedingly rare to get. Put them in some chests, make them drop from enemies (an uncommon "caveling cartographer" enemy perhaps?), maybe even let us craft them once in a while.
