Circuit pulse switcher

A pulse switch circuit that has 1 input and 3 outputs that switch after each pulse.
And an inverted pulse switch circuit that can receive 3 inputs who switch after each pulse to one output.
Also needs a circuit that gives pulse only after an adjacent electric device does an execution e.a. automated arm, electric door, lamp or switch.
Also a item proximity switch would be nice for conveyor belts.
This all would allow for a conveyor sorter mining production.
