QoL: favorites tab for cooking menu

it will really help save time from needing to double check buffs, while also providing the additional benefit of maximizing storage space; since the best work around is leaving needed ingredients so only the desired recipes are craftable
it’ll also be really awesome if recipes could be saved in the order they were favorited
