Allow changing seasons in the game/special events

Allow the players to change the season in game instead of the menu.
It would be nice to change the season have the game reload with the selected season.

Also it would be great to add in special events where randomly certain events would happen for example:

Bloom season:
The players screen would be slightly tinted orange/yellow to signify the event whilst the log saying: The underground feels more damp than usual.
Event itself:
Flowers grow faster but plant type/themed enemies spawn near players and special themed items for gardening are dropped from those enemies, including a boss spawn that has higher chance of dropping said themed items.

Of course players could craft the event summoning item from a special npc
