The Oracle Deck Item: Charming Yet Underpowered
In current state we have now, time spent to gather each item feels worthless for now, despite and excluding the achievement that player may get, and item's stats that low that players won't wear it, while game offering much valuable off-hand accessories, so even some with lower level outperform the Oracle Deck, both for co-op and solo adventures.
Proposal, rev. A
Tune up item's effects stats by changing these values with %-based bonuses item provides, stats might be like:
- +10% Max Health (+2.5% for each upgrade, up to 20% max)
- +0.2% HP/s to you and all nearby allies (+0.2% for each upgrade, up to 1% max)
Proposal, rev. B
Everything from the rev. A, yet with addition of max mana and mana restoration bonuses (inspired by the iDoodler's suggestion #642523, but with %-based stats):
- +5% Max Mana (+1% for each upgrade, up to 10% max)
- +0.1% MP/s to you and all nearby allies (+0.1% per each upgrade, up to 0.5% max)
