Revert Mana Channeling Talent or Reduce Zealot Scimitar Mana Cost
The mana channeling changes may have been intended to balance Arcane Staff builds, but they’ve had the side effect of making the Zealot Scimitar feel unplayable. Even with 100% crit chance, you can’t maintain consistent damage or fluid combat due to the mana constraints. Considering the weapon isn’t that powerful or meta to begin with, I think the team should look into its mana cost.

I thought the mana channel was given such a low number to generally encourage rapid fire restoration. And they probably don't intend for most mage weapons to be able to sustain themselves off that passive alone, that would probably just make mana as a resource a meaningless mechanic for all mages and not just Arcane Staff (and now Titan's Breath) users.
Admittedly, Zealot's Scimitar is in a terrible spot right now, but I reckon this change would hurt other things more than it would help the Scimitar, and the Scimitar would need more help in other spaces anyway. I hope I can one day pitch a suggestion with a full skill tree rebalance to account for all this.
Either way, I wonder if all these issues with passives scaling more with rapid fire weapons could be solved by giving weapons a proc coefficient. Say, this weapon with 1 atk/s has baseline x1 proc chance, while this 10 atk/s weapon has x0.1 proc chance.
