General Item Filtering

Adding a filtering mechanic that can take a broader tag of items. Instead of JUST being able to have mechanical arms and item collectors filter SPECIFIC items, it would be nice if they can take, for example, "ores", "chestplates", "blocks", etc. Being able to dump my entire inventory into a sorting system so that pants go one way, seeds a different way, and ores in another could really streamline sorting without complicated/time and resource consuming sorting systems.

EonweWhile their at it having the option for a blacklist on the mechanical arms either in addition or as alternative to the whitelist would be great too.
