Make Oracle Deck take 50% of your regen and give it to your team
By that I mean that if your health regen is 10 - you get 5 and the team also gets 5. With such a mechanic we would have potential for creating synergetic support builds where we focus on getting more regeneration and increasing said regeneration with things like the Oceanheart Necklace or the Noble Ring or consumables.
I would even say consider making the Oracle Deck 'halve but share' all of your healing in general to even further increase the buildcrafting potential of the item. It might be a bit trickier to balance but it would be a whole lot cooler and more exciting to both get and use this thing with stuff like lifesteal and whatnot.

But it would mean making it just useless for solo player...
Multiplayer should be a bonus to a solo game, not malusing it if you dont use it.
