Add more support for weapon secondary uses!

The secondary attacks some weapons have are a lot of fun, but can be awkward and feel bad to use. The movement speed penalty is the biggest thing dragging it down, along with the fact that the charge time isn't affected by attack speed. There are also no modifiers, whether skills, buffs, or equipment, that affect secondary attack for weapons.

I think secondary attacks could use a little love! A skill in the running skill tree that reduces the speed penalty would fit perfectly, and letting attack speed bonuses affect weapon charge speed would help with making secondary attacks feel less awkward.

Additionally, equipment (probably jewelry or an offhand item) that gives bonuses to charged attacks like increased charge crit rate, damage, or charge speed would be nice.

You could even rework charged attacks entirely by having a skill bar that passively charges up and allows you to instantly use one when the bar is filled, and allow the skill bar to charge faster with right click instead.
